The Game
We call it “The Game” because, years ago, we created a comprehensive training called “The Case Management Game.” It was an original game that was also a truly memorable learning activity.
“The Game” laid a strong foundation for exploring a series of related lessons that quickly made it possible for employment specialists and case manager to grasp the chaos and confusion that can exist, and see how to plough through it with a service plan that gets real results. It’s a big picture look at an important set of inter-related activities that determine the success of a customer — and a program!
